# Surebet API and Surebet White Label

Two ways to sell **arbitrage**, not just odds: the Surebet API is a subscription plan that returns the surebets already computed by our engine, recomputed on every scan cycle, and **includes the licence to resell them** to your users; the White Label is the complete platform, under your brand, ready to be commercialised.

## The product hierarchy

One engine, three tiers. The right tier depends on how much you want to build yourself and on what you sell to your users.

**The «Display Redistribution» licence does not cover arbitrage.** The +€120/month add-on of the Enterprise plan authorises you to **show** the odds inside sites, apps, dashboards, widgets and comparison tools. It does **not** authorise creating or commercialising surebet/arbitrage services, value betting or substantially equivalent platforms, nor redistributing the API or the raw data. Those uses require a **Surebet API Commercial License** or another dedicated commercial agreement — see §5 of the [Terms](https://odss-api.com/termini.html?lang=en#s5) and §3 and §4-bis of the [Enterprise & Redistribution License](https://odss-api.com/en?legal=enterprise).

**The resale licence is included in the subscription.** It is not an add-on, nor a contract to request by email: whoever subscribes to the plan acquires with it the right to resell to their own users the surebets computed by the engine. It is also why this API exists — **if you have nothing to resell, you have no reason to buy it**: [surebett.app](https://surebett.app) is enough. Here you pay to build a product of your own on top of it.

One price only, **€950/month exclusive of VAT**, the same for everyone and with no tiers. The subscription is monthly and is cancelled in one click from the billing portal. Checkout accepts a **promotional code**, if you have received one: it is not a public offer, and without a code you pay €950 from the first month.

A B2B offer for those who want to develop an **arbitrage product of their own**. The Surebet API does not only provide the odds: it returns the **surebets already identified and computed by our engine** — the same one that powers [surebett.app](https://surebett.app) — **recomputed on every scan cycle**, with cadence and odds freshness measured and public on the [status page](https://odss-api.com/en/status.html): what you pay for is the computation, not the request volume.

For every opportunity the response provides, **where available**:

- **event and market**;

- **bookmakers involved**;

- **odds of the single legs**;

- **arbitrage percentage/margin**;

- **optimal stakes**;

- **timestamp/freshness of the odds**;

- **identifiers** needed for the integration.

The fields listed are those provided **where available**: the exact shape of the response is in the [openapi.json](https://odss-api.com/openapi.json), which you can read **before** buying. What is no longer agreed case by case is the price — it is the one above, the same for everyone.

### What the licence allows

The licence comes with the subscription: by subscribing to the plan you obtain the right to **resell the computed surebets to your end users**, inside a commercial product of your own, within the limits of the licence and of the use you declare at purchase. There is nothing to negotiate separately and no add-on to add: it is the plan. The general prohibitions of the [Terms](https://odss-api.com/termini.html?lang=en#s5) still apply — in particular the use of the data to carry on or power the collection of bets without the authorisations required by law — as does the customer's responsibility for the regulatory compliance of their own platform.

### How it is activated

It is an API plan of the same family as Starter and Pro — one key, its monthly quota, its rate limit — and it is bought the same way: open the **Surebet API** card in the [Solutions](https://odss-api.com/en#soluzioni) section of the home page, fill in the declaration of use and pay by card, with the same account and the same checkout as the listed plans. What changes is not how you buy it: it is **what the key can read**, and what you can do with it. No request emails, no negotiation.

**One subscription per account.** If a paid API subscription is already active on the account — Hobby, Starter, Pro or Enterprise — checkout stops: this is a plan of its own, not an add-on stacked on a listed plan. To switch, you cancel the plan from the billing portal (it stays active until the end of the period already paid) and then activate the Surebet API, or you write to us first at [info@praxis3.it](mailto:info@praxis3.it). From the Free plan there is nothing to cancel.

The **declaration of use is mandatory** for this licence — company name, registered office, name and URL of the platform, geographic markets served and whether the platform targets users located in Italy. It is the same one we ask of those who activate Display Redistribution (§8 of the [Enterprise & Redistribution License](https://odss-api.com/en?legal=enterprise)), and all the more so here: if you declare it to obtain the right to *show* the odds, it cannot be missing for the right to resell the computed arbitrages. Without it, checkout does not start.

## Surebet White Label

€2,000/month exclusive of VAT · activation and term according to the White Label contract

For companies that **do not want to develop the platform themselves**: the complete Surebet, provided as a service and presented under the customer's brand. It includes:

- **Surebet engine**;

- **data and updates**;

- **complete frontend**;

- **customisation** of the customer's logo, name and colours;

- **hosting and infrastructure**;

- **maintenance and updates**.

**Ownership.** Software, engine and source code **remain our property** and are granted for use under the White Label contract. The customer obtains the right to use and commercialise the platform under its own brand, on the terms and for the duration set by the contract; it acquires no right to the code, the engine or the data.

## Frequently asked questions

No. The Display Redistribution licence covers only the **display** of the odds inside your product. Identifying, computing, flagging or distributing arbitrage or value-betting opportunities is a different use and requires a Surebet API Commercial License or another dedicated agreement. The boundary has not changed with the public price: the only change is that the right plan can now be subscribed on your own, at [€950/month + VAT](https://odss-api.com/en#soluzioni) with the resale licence included, instead of going through a request.

No, on no plan. Reselling, sub-licensing or making the feed available to third parties in queryable or bulk form — API, endpoints, bulk exports, sub-accounts — is prohibited by the [Terms](https://odss-api.com/termini.html?lang=en#s5) and by the [Enterprise License](https://odss-api.com/en?legal=enterprise), §4. If your business model requires this, it is a separate commercial agreement.

**€950/month exclusive of VAT**, and that is all: one price, the same for everyone, with no tiers and no public discounts. The price also includes the licence to resell the computed surebets to your users: it is not a separate item. Checkout accepts a **promotional code**, if you have received one; without a code you pay €950 from the first month. As with all odss-api.com prices, the applicable VAT is added at payment according to your country and tax status, and the total is the one in the checkout summary you confirm before ordering.

If you need them to bet yourself, you indeed **do not need this API**: a subscription to [surebett.app](https://surebett.app), which costs a fraction, is enough. The Surebet API is bought for one reason only: to **resell**. It is for those who build a product of their own on top of it — a site, an app, a channel, a paid service — and need the right to show those surebets to their own users. That right is included in the subscription.

The plan has **a single endpoint**: `GET /api/v1/surebets`, with the parameters `state`, `pool`, `sport`, `market`, `min_roi`, `limit` and `offset`. The complete response contract — fields, types and examples — is in the site's [openapi.json](https://odss-api.com/openapi.json), readable before you buy: there is no secret price list and no schema we reveal only once the contract is signed. With the key of a listed plan the same endpoint answers **403**, because those plans do not include this licence.

No, they are two different tiers. The [Odds API](https://odss-api.com/en#prezzi) remains the self-serve product for normalized odds, with its public price list and the Free plan: the API plan prices do not change. The Surebet API is the tier above, for those who want the opportunities already computed.

Yes: data and updates are part of the service, together with engine, frontend, hosting and maintenance. What the contract does **not** transfer is ownership of the software, the engine and the source code, which remain ours.
