SLA & reliability
We are a young service and we believe transparency is worth more than an inflated number. That is why we draw a clear line between published targets (an operational, verifiable commitment) and a contractual SLA (a guarantee with service credits, on the Enterprise plan).
Operational targets — all plans
Best-effort commitment, measured and published on the status page. It is not a contractual guarantee on the standard plans, but it is what we aim for and what you can check yourself.
| Metric | Target | How you verify it |
|---|---|---|
| API uptime | internal objective, not measured | no uptime metric is published: /status shows the current state of the engine, not a monthly availability |
| Pre-match freshness, IT books (p50, 24h) | ≤ 15 min | status page (real sampled percentiles) |
| Pre-match freshness, IT books (p95, 24h) | ≤ 60 min | status page (real sampled percentiles) |
| Freshness of books from a third-party provider (under contractual licence) | no target: depends on the provider | status page, the book's row (real p50/p95); for every quote, last_update |
| API response latency (p95) | < 400 ms | client side |
| Pick-up of a serious incident | < 4 business hours | email to [email protected] |
Contractual SLA — Enterprise plan
With Enterprise we put in writing: guaranteed uptime with service credits if it is not met, priority support and — if needed — a dedicated update cadence. It is the right route for a production dependency or a commercial product. You configure it yourself and size it on your volume.
Incident policy
In case of degradation or outage, the status page reflects the real state as it happens (engine alive, books in error, freshness). For serious incidents we email the cause and the recovery to paying customers. A book that blocks our source (WAF/geoblocking) is flagged as "in error" on the status page, not hidden.
What we do NOT guarantee (honestly)
The source is third-party bookmakers. We do not control their availability: if an operator changes its API or blocks access, that book may be temporarily missing. You see it on the status page and in the per-quote last_update.
Surebets show a theoretical arbitrage: the real outcome can change because of odds movements, market suspension, stake limits, voids or feed delay. We do not promise profits.
On the standard plans the service is provided "as is": no automatic credits. For guarantees with credits → Enterprise.
